Who We Are

AI Talk for Biz is made by Rolando and Esmeralda Cornejo of Top Rank ROI LLC, a small company in California. We build websites and marketing for local businesses, and this site is where we explain what we’ve learned about AI tools, marketing and leads, without the sales pitch.

Why we made this site

Owners of local service businesses get a lot of marketing pitches, and lately most of them mention AI. Some of those tools are useful. Some are a fancy way to send the same email you could write yourself. We started AI Talk for Biz to give owners a place to get straight answers: what a tool does, what the official rules say, and whether you need it at all.

What we cover

• AI tools for everyday marketing work: drafting, replies, content, and what to check before you send.
• Lead pages: what a good one includes and how to keep it honest.
• Answering and following up on leads by phone, form, email and text, within the rules.
• Free and low-cost ways to track what’s working.
• The rules that apply: Google’s guidance on AI content, FTC rules on reviews, endorsements and email, and state rules labeled by state.

What we don’t do

• We don’t promise rankings, leads or revenue. Nobody honest can.
• We don’t post fake reviews or teach review-gating.
• We don’t claim AI will replace your staff.
• When we mention our own company’s services, we label it plainly as our own.

Our mission

We only speak the truth. We only help within the category we cover. We always cite our sources, and we’re friendly and easy to do business with. Our objective is to help you find a better alternative, or to confirm that your present choice is already your best choice. We’re creative in how we explain things, but we never exaggerate: we say only what’s true, and nothing misleading or unverified.

How we use AI here

We use AI tools to help research, outline and draft, and to make illustrations. A person checks every fact against its source before anything is published, and each guide lists its sources with the date we checked them. Our illustrations are AI-generated and labeled “Illustrative image” where they could be mistaken for a photo. Our videos are narrated by a synthetic voice that speaks for the brand. It doesn’t claim to be a person or an expert.
